• When arriving at the Airport:
We will monitor your actual arrival time. Therefore, don't worry if you will arrive earlier or later than expected. Someone will be waiting for you. Please notice that we calculate the time you need to go through customs and luggage claim after your landing to be between 15 minutes and 1 hour. If you are not out of customs and luggage claim after 90 minutes from landing, please contact us.

• Cancellation Policy for Private Transfers:
If canceled more than 12 hours before your scheduled arrival or pick-up time, there is no penalty. We will refund your money - no questions asked.
If you experience problems with your flight itinerary, connection, etc, we will adapt to your needs or refund your money in case you just cannot make it.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled arrival or pick-up time, we will refund 60 %.
We will NOT REFUND in case of "NO SHOW" (No Show means that we waited as requested but you never made it or contacted us).
